Halloumi foods

Halloumi Foods was established in 2016. Under the leadership of Mr. Jamal Al Hazaa, the company was founded to innovate in response to evolving consumer trends, particularly the need for convenient meal solutions and the growing demand for instant fried noodles. With flour sourced from our own in-house mills as the main raw material, the company ensures consistent quality across all products. The plant operates with Swiss-engineered equipment from Bühler AG and is fully controlled through the WinCos system, which monitors every stage of production. The facility includes three production lines: two for bagged noodles with a combined capacity of 1,200,000 packs per day, and one for cup noodles with a capacity of 480,000 cups per day.
